Id rate it zero stars if I could.. Mold, roaches, holes in the flooring under the carpet, trash everywhere (broken glass everywhere, a piece went through my sandal and gashed my foot open), half of the washers at the laundromat havent worked the whole year I lived here, they keep the pool closed so they dont have to maintain it, gun shots from time to time, and as if thats not enough unprofessional management. Then charges you $900 as a reletting fee when you move out and $900 for carpeting that they intended on changing anyway. Worst apartments Ive ever lived in. I have turned multiple friends away from this place and will continue to do so. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Most unprofessional and HORRIBLE experience at this property! Amy, who is the apartment manager, RUDE unprofessional! Has no remorse for anything she does or says to tenants. Shes never answers the phone and leaves the office at all times of the day so the office will be closed. I put in work orders for the refrigerator going ouT and it took them two months to replace it. I called almost everyday to see what was the hold up and she would be very rude and did not care about my family having a working refrigerator. Thts a health code violation! Garbage disposal didnt work I put in work order nobody ever came until 2 weeks later after I had already found someone myself to fix it not realizing it only took literally 30 seconds for the guy to fix it. The whole 2 years I stayed there Ive probably only seen an exterminator 3x when they are supposed to come monthly. Parking lot and bushes would be full of trash! Last but not least MOLD!! Bad! I complained about the mold in the vents and the cabinets nobody did anything about. I put in a 60 day notice to move because the mold was so bad. The last 2 weeks of my lease I couldnt stand to even stay in the unit because the smell from the mold was so bad. When I went to move my things I had to throw away 80% of furniture because I found it covered in mold. Would not recommend stayin here and I would rate a zero if I could.
