Sherry was a great communicator and responded quickly to all our messages and requests. Since we live an hour away from the property we were selling, she was a great asset in checking in on the property for us to make sure it was ready for showings. She helped us find repair companies and just went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable selling our vacation home from a distance. This is the 2nd time we used her service so we trust her in going above and beyond to get the job done well. Thanks Sherry!

DO NOT buy anything that is listed by this company. They falsely advertise in the description of the home. They have a home listed for sale that does NOT say it is an as is sale and that no repairs will be made. I proceeded with the inspection to find it needs a break roof and foundation repair. A loan cannot close on a home that does not have insurance. The insurance would not provide coverage for the condition it is in. Therefore, the repairs needed to be done to sell to a buyer using a loan. Which under the listing they have that they are accepting loans. When I requested the repairs be done, they proceeded to tell me to buy as is or terminate. Of course, I had to terminate because I cannot close my loan without insurance and I cannot repair a roof on a home that I do not own. The listing should state home is for sale as is, no repairs to be done. CASH ONLY. Not to mention the listing agent was very rude during communication. I will never recommend this comp at due to my experience with them. They made an easy $200 off of me from the option period KNOWING they were not going to fix anything.
