I can’t say enough great things about Ward Realty and especially Elizabeth Hewitt! What a great experience it’s been! Samantha Dreibelbis was confident in the selling process of our home. We remained informed throughout the selling process; we were always in the know of what to expect. I rented a storage unit from them for 7 mth when I went to get my stuff out of the unit, I was so discussed. Not only did the roof leak, my unit had got infested with mice and ants. (There was NO food in there) I ended up losing thousands of dollars to the ruined items that got wet, molded and mildew and what the mice ate and nested in. I confronted a worker about the unit and i was so pissed to hear that's not our problem, "did you have renters insurance" first of all it wasnt mentioned to me second, I never thought of it, and third could you really had make a claim against mice and their unit roof leaking?? Seems that's their problem to have dealt with. Then the lady had the nerve to ask well ms. did you ever check on your unit, I asked her who thinks of checking on a unit?! Your trusting your stuff to be safe!!! So not only did all this happen, before I realized there was mice in everything, we ended up have one loose in our truck plus our brand new house (that had just got built from ground up and finished). So I will not recommend them to anyone, and if you use this company be aware you may be next to walking out with a major lost!!!
