Villani & Graham has been working with Glenn Geydos for almost seven years. In those seven years he has been our exclusive window and door representative. In an imperfect business like home building no trade, rep., or builder is perfect but what separates the good ones from the bad ones is those who are willing to make things right at all costs. Glenn is pretty close to a perfect rep., but in the rare event that there is an issue he is the first one at the job site asking how he can solve the problem. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable about his products and the entire building industry, his decades of experience is made very clear each time we work together. One Glenn's best qualities is his patience as we have a tendency change details multiple times before we order. Now that Glenn is working with Renaissance the experience is even better than before (we did not think that was possible). Renaissance has excellent systems in place to insure that we get all of the details right the first time. Their service is second to none and when we call a person answers the phone and gets us who of what we need right away. I realize that this review may sound a little staged but I can assure you that you will experience the same thing I do. I look forward to a very long relationship with Glenn and Renaissance.
