Vista Windows and Doors

Installed their windows several times and they have been the wrong size on multiple homes to save money they put them in anyway even if there too small or too big, would not recommend!

We are in the process of building a custom home on the lake, and are working with Vista Windows for our window selections. The experience has been wonderful, with Steve Mazur and his team helping us create exactly the look we had in mind! Their incredibile customer service, product knowledge and creativity took the guesswork out of the process, giving us confidence we will achieve our desired outcome. Highly recommend visiting their new showroom and checking them out!

Vista Windows & Doors STEVE MAZUR IS A LIAR don’t do business with this guy. We had a builder walk off the custom home we are building, Vista Windows, was their go to guy for windows and doors, so they ordered all our windows, sliders, and a few doors through them. One being a giant back wall slider Steve talked us to into, and series of large window that were supposed to be mulled together and came in not as we order but instead needed a kit which they didn’t supply and all window should have been ordered casement width but none of those were delivered like that either. We paid the builder 100% of the fix cost contracted price which was extra 25K more than their invoice. This extra should have covered window and door installs but they walked off the job at 80% framed, no windows and doors installed. Had to find someone to install our windows and have been dealing with the builder through lawyers to get the sliders and front door installed plus provide us all the missing inventory (hardware, screens, security sensors, mulling kits and extras). They claim they don’t send these items to the job until install for fear of getting lost (THEY ARE LOST AND NOW WHAT). In my book this is THIEF we paid in full for these items. After weeks of going rounds with Vista, then lawyers we were told all requested items were dropped off at builder’s office because their contract is with said builder but then once we got there only one windows worth of missing inventory was there. After calling STEVE MAZUR “A LIAR” on social media he asked us to take all our reviews down and they would deliver the missing inventory that afternoon. He followed through with bringing what he had in inventory but still missing several items and only half of one mulling kit. We needed nail strips for these windows, and he could only provide what he had from another job and only a third of those are usable. He also sent us an install price for the sliders and the front door and sent a guy out to get inventory of missing items. Steve himself came out and made sure everything would be good to go for install. We thought we were moving forward only to find once again another LIE, he asked for 2K more than what he quoted me in a text the month before and wanted it all up front. We told them we would only pay half up front, and we would pay his guys the minute they are done at the quoted price in the text. Steve agreed and then left saying he would send us a credit card form to pay the first half. When requesting where that link was to pay him today because we hadn’t received it on Friday like he said, he wrote back and said he couldn’t do the job. STEVE MAZUR like the builder is just stringing things out for NO REASON. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYTHING STEVE MAZUR SAYS NOR DO BUSINESS WITH VISTA WINDOWS!
