Tommy, your representative, was here today. He arrived on time and went right to work looking for the problem. He explained to me what he was going to do and when he finished he came and spoke with my husband and me about what he found and how your company would be able to fix the leak. He stressed that everything would be back in place after the work was done. Tommy was friendly, knowledgeable , and professional. I was worried about having more leakage in my pool until your company could get back with me to fix the problem, but Tommy did what he could to slow things down for now.
I have also been happy with getting in touch with your office. So far, I have not been put on hold or had any long wait to speak with someone and anyone I have spoken with has been polite and helpful.
Now I hope it will not be too long before your company will send someone out here to close the leak in my pool.
