Not surprised to read all the other bad reviews of this place. Today, I talked to an extremely rude employee - Mary - who accused me of lying and denied that they had printed out a label for me the previous day. I had shipped a package overnight for $150 and it arrived at my house returned the next day for "hazardous materials" - it did not contain hazardous materials! I called and politely explained what has happened and asked for help. Mary called me back and basically denied they had created a label and told me to call UPS and said it wasn't her problem. When I explained that wasn't what happened, she became increasingly rude, then told me she "didn't like my tone"...then told me that she had "asked everyone in the store what they thought" and that the agreement was I was wrong! I was in shock. I told them I would never come back and of, course, they couldn't have cared less. I can see from the responses to other negative Google reviews on here that it's true - they don't seem to. Never trusting them with shipping again.

I came in around two and there was a line I thought I was going to be waiting forever since it appeared to be one person to help us all but he was able to do my shipment in a few minutes so quick definitely coming back again

I was there on Saturday to print my daughter's birthday cards. Employee working was very helpful and took his time to print these cards. I would be going over there again. Thank you so much.

On two separate occasions this store has refused to take packages which I packed at home because they say they don't have room, but they seem to have no problem taking packages when they sell the shipping and/or packing. Go to the store on Far West instead if you don't want to risk wasting your time.
