Highly recommend this company. I moved into a new house with a septic system and noticed a smell near our house which seemed to be getting worse. I called this company based on other google reviews and described the situation. They sent a team out that same afternoon. They diagnosed the problem (badly clogged septic filter), cleaned it (quite an ordeal as it was completely submerged), checked out all other components of the system to make sure it was working again, checked the drain field to be extra thorough, figured out why the alarm had not gone off (reset the circuit breaker for me) and only charged the very reasonable cost of a service call. They explained how the system works and how to avoid another issue like this. There were no upcharges, no selling of any services not immediately required. VERY personable, capable and efficient folks, including the front office. I will put them on speed dial and suggest you do the same if you have a septic system!
