        We contacted Rooter Man Plumbing when we realized that we had a burst pipe, and our regular plumber was not available. Collen was able to come out within 1 hour of our call and fix our plumbing emergency. He was pleasant and professional, and we were satisfied with his work. I would use them again.

He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.
