We’ve been using this company for 20+ years, but they have lost our business for failing to show up or respond to a phone call or text. We have found a more professional and responsive septic company.

I called and set up an appointment to have bull run valve handle replaced. He never showed, I called that same day he said he would go out later that day. No call no show again. I waited until Tuesday to call he said he would be out that same day. AGAIN no response. I called him back and he gave excuses and said he would be out that day. NO CALL NO SHOW for his last time. No good for him because even if the job he was doing for me was small he lost out on a near $20, 000 since I had a friend who need a whole new septic tank system in order to sell her house.
