Reached out online via their website. Got an email asking what services Im looking for. I said security cameras as Im not happy with mine. I get a follow up asking my address, specifics as to exactly where my cameras are located on my property and whats wrong with them. A legit security firm/company should know that it wouldnt be wise for someone to respond to an unknown person over email their address and exact locations of their cams that arent working. Sure why dont I just leave you a key under the mat. There was no offer to talk over the phone or come by to do a consultation or assessment. Proceed with caution with this companys website.

I am so grateful my google search lead me to Vital Security. I called and spoke with the absolute most helpful woman named Kelsey and explained to her that my mom has dementia and we had a recent scare and I needed to have cameras installed in her house for her safety as soon as possible. Kelsey went above and beyond to make this happen quickly and easily. On day of install Josh arrived right on time and was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. After the installation Kelsey followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the install and the cameras and asked if I had any follow up questions for her and she reassured me that she will continue to be available should I have any questions in the future. Trusting Vital Security with the protection of our Georgetown home has been one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made. Our alarm system, installed in one day, includes video surveillance and entrance, glass breaking and motion detectors. We have retrieved video images and activated/deactivated our fully monitored alarms from cell phone accessible locations over a thousand miles from home.
