horrible service, they make it almost impossible to cancel account. Every time i call they keep giving excuses. do not sign up with this company. Big scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever. Miscellaneous charges out of nowhere, account info is never correct, and I cant even get help from them when I need it. Ive been in contract with them for over 3 years and I still cant get out of my contract unless I pay an exorbitant amount of money. Not to mention, if there is a call, their security guards dont even have weapons to help protect someone. Police calls are delayed. Like selling your soul to the devil when you sign up. Dont do it.

Very disappointing-2 scheduled appointments missed. After the 2nd one failed to show, no calls or response for reasons or rescheduling. I guess 28 years with a company doesn't mean anything anymore.

I have been with this company for over 10 years and this past year their customer service has been horrible. I have recently dealt with many rude customer service reps and basically not given the transfer service I initially wanted. I was warned that if I leave now I will have to pay $750 so unfortunately I am sticking through until then. Once my contract is up I am leaving this company. Not to mention, I have been loyal to this company since they went from ASG->Protection1->ADT.
