William and his crew did a great job replacing my home's roof after this Spring's hailstorm. They helped me with insurance, both inspectors and adjustors, bid the job in a way I understood, stuck with their estimate, communicated very well, and did a quality job with my new, good looking roof, all at a reasonable price. Thinking WDR wouldn't come out for a small repair, I had a handyman repair an old exhaust vent that started to lift at the corner. I should have known that 1) you should never have a handyman do a roofer's repair (the seal wasn't done properly) and 2) that Brad, the owner, care's about all his customers for big And small jobs. Brad had Bryan come out the next day (quicker than the wait time for the handyman) and give me an estimate for the repair of the vent. He also took the time to brainstorm how to fix another vent of mine that carries sound into the house when it rains. This is my second time working with this company and they're consistently the most reliable, honest, knowledgable and prompt! Highly recommend!
