Done Right Roofing

We've been looking for roofing companies that do roof repair. We called Done Right Roofing and requested an inspection and estimate. We waited a couple of days and didn't get a call back. We called again to ask why we hadn't gotten a call and they said we're still on their list. A couple more days have gone by and still no call back. Very unresponsive, unlike the other companies we've called. We won't be using this company.

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage and was extremely pleased with Bill Silvey and Done Right Roofing. Their business name is 100% on target because they do it right. Everyone involved paid attention to my needs and desires and they were honed in on the details to make sure what they did was correct and met my needs. The entire experience was excellent. When I made first contact, Bill said just sit back and relax - he would take care of everything.
He was right. He took care of everything from coordinating with the Insurance company to keeping me informed along the way. He sat down with me and went over every part of the contract to make sure I understood what his company would be doing. He also made sure I was aware of the costs and what part I was responsible for paying.
When his crew showed up the were totally businesslike. They did not waste time and they worked hard to protect my property. They were professional and a pleasure to have working on my house. When they were finished I looked at the roof and could not find a single place where it looked like they did something wrong. It was perfect in all respects.
Bill communicates very well and always returns texts, emails, and phone calls. He bends over backwards to accommodate the customer and he follows up on everything.

We were fortunate to have Done Right Roofing replace the roof on my home and large shop. I was totally pleased with the professional job that they did.
Bill's crew were very courteous. They did not rush to beat the clock and were only concerned with doing it properly. Not only did they do a top notch job but they did a superior clean up of everything at the end of each day.
Bill even had a Porto Potty delivered for his employees to access during the project. All of my neighbors were amazed at the professionalism with Done Right Roofing and wished they had contracted Bill instead of the roofers that zoomed through it theirs in two days! His crew also replaced the rotted trim and painted my chimney. These guys are real craftsmen.
I will be using Bill and Done Right Roofing from now on and highly recommend his company to everyone. Service: Roof installation
