        Once work was completed by him standard, he missed many critical points. When I texted or called with issues, he avoided me and stated he did everything he needed to do. He missed many items yet over charged for everything. All talk and promises with little follow through.

        I know; I know! Our first and last names start with the same letter's. This is a coincidence only. We hired Amado Guerrero & Company to perform a small task. I was "AMAZED" the owner him self stopped by to review the issue we had. Water cooler talked followed by a few minutes. After our water cooler talked ended, Amado told us he would be going to his truck to get some tool's. Amado came back and repaired the issue. This was back in 2010 we are now in 2019 and the problem has never come back. Every since then we only call Amado Guerrero & Company to repair our home. I even forgot what was the original issue we had. Nine year's and counting since our business relationship began.
