I used their service to sell my home in Houston. First off, let me say they their communication and responsiveness was A+. They answer their phones every time I called! Not sure if you’ve dealt with realtors but that alone seems to be a systematic problem, but not with this company. Also their experience and knowledge is superior to anyone else I’ve dealt with. Made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Amazing!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Jordon and Natalie Russell!! They were our listing agents for our house in South Austin. We listed our house for the highest price per square foot in the area. After 4 days on the market, we sold it for $111k OVER asking price!! They are serious negotiators and were always looking out for our best interests. We cannot thank them enough for the best experience I could have ever imagined on selling our home! Their talents would be an asset to a buyer or seller in getting the best price on a home. On top of that, they are completely knowledgeable in the whole process. Such easy going and accommodating people. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again and have already referred my friends. Thank you both for everything!!

Natalie helped me find the PERFECT home! She was very accommodating with my schedule and gave me sage advice since this was my first home purchase. There was great communication between us throughout the entire process. LTR provided great customer service. Jordon even went the extra mile to meet the AC guy while my house was under contract and did some roof maintenance for me after closing. I would hands down recommend LTR for buying/selling/leasing!!

Live Texan Realty truly made our first time home buying experience effortless, we closed in just 4 weeks. Jordan and Natalie are extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market, were transparent with us every step of the way, and attentive to any questions or concerns we had. They responded to all communications well within 24 hours and facilitated all negotiating / document processing professionally and efficiently. Jordan KNOWS what he’s doing and makes sure his clients are taken care of. He also has a background in residential construction which really made us feel more comfortable and confident in our investment. He kept us updated daily and absolutely prioritized our best interests throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend them enough, they are just THE BEST and we couldn’t be happier.
