Carl Smoller was recommended to me by a colleague and we had an exceptional first-time home buying process with him. I can't speak highly enough of him. He is extremely responsive via email, text, and phone which was a critical part of the buying process when it felt like homes were selling in hours in Austin. Carl did a great job of asking us the right questions when we went to showings. He listened to our thoughts and respectfully pushed back on things he did not agree with us on. John really helped is in our home search. We moved to the area last June and rented for a year to get the lay of the land. When it came time to purchase John and his staff were very helpful and we found the perfect home. John and his associates at TCP really facilitated our negotiation and gave us the insight needed to come in at the most appropriate price point. We will use John again when we sell and look for our next home.

I worked with Dane about 2 months ago and the experience was absolutely painless. He took care of everything in a very professional manner in a very tight time frame that I had. If I move again or buy in Austin I will only use TCP and especially Dane.

My condo buying experience was a job because of the professionalism of TCP Real Estate. I was overwhelmed by the various services and information I had to provide. Samantha, John and their office made this process so so so much easier because of their years of experience and personal relationships they have with the Austin real estate community. I love my condo and do not plan on moving for a long time, but if you are planning to buy or sell a home, calling TCP Houses will be an enjoyable and professional experience.
