Maggie has perfected the balance between supporting and leading the home search. We looked at a few flipped houses that Maggie didnt feel super comfortable about and when we found the one, she validated our decision. Maggie made sure we spent as much time in the house as possible; morning/afternoon/evening, even after a rain storm to check out the grounds.
As if the showings, inspections, and negotiations arent stressful enough, our closing took place in 3 states with different time zones. The sellers were in California, we were in Hawaii, Maggie and our lender were in Texas. Maggie organized a notary to meet us upon arrival in Hawaii and we were able to complete our end of closing on time. I cant even imagine the stress behind the scenes! Another one of Maggies strengths is being very calm and putting her clients at ease.
Maggie Maddox is the real deal. We feel so fortunate to have Maggie as our realtor and new friend. Maggies professionalism and communication style sets her apart and was a huge factor in our offer being selected over another. We cant recommend Maggie enough and are so grateful for the opportunity to work together.
