Forrest Ballou is a wonderful real estate agent. He is knowledgeable, responsible, clear, communicative, kind, prompt, reliable and honest.He listens to his clients and understands their needs. He is helpful in every possible way. His service is outstanding from start to finish - he helps with every detail so that the entire process of searching for and purchasing your home is not only stress-free - but is  even pleasant. He takes the time needed to explain things about the process to you, he sits with you as you make decisions, he is patient and he is able to make recommendations to others needed through the process such as inspectors, title companies, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, etc.Forrest is extremely professional as a broker while simultaneously being one of the kindest, most empathic persons you'll meet. Buying a home can be stressful, but with Forrest as my agent, it was a breeze and an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend him and would use him again if I ever need real estate services again.

Forrest Ballou's service to my wife and me in selling our home went WAY beyond what you can expect from a typical realtor.  He was personally involved in arranging and scheduling contractors to make the house ready for showing and for repairs required by the inspection.  Further, Forrest also provided outstanding advice on how to stage the house for showing, as well as so much other assistance.  We listed the house at a price on the high-end of the market, sold it at full list price, and Forrest then counseled us on how to improve the likelihood that the appraisal would support the selling price.  We heartily recommend Ballou Properties (Forrest Ballou.)
