PS Business Parks

Leasing agent was extremely unresponsive and never contacted us back after a multitude of phone calls. Poor communication. Would bring your business elsewhere.

I've been working in Office Management in a suite in PS Business Parks for over 2 years now. Their entire office staff is so amazing! We used to work with Scott and he was fantastic, but now we currently deal with Madlyn, Cece, and Irene and these ladies are so helpful and committed to excellent service. I hope we can stay at PS Business Parks for years to come and appreciate all they have done to help our small business to continue to grow!

I rented from PS Business Parks for 2 years. They were incredibly helpful and responsive during the lease process and throughout my term. Questions were answered in a timely manner and issues were addressed quickly. Great company to lease commercial space through, very professional and attentive to tenants!!

We've been renting at PS Business Parks (behind the Half Price Books at 2222 and Lamar) for about 3 years now. It's an excellent location for a super fair price. Madlyn, Cici and really anyone you speak with from the PS office is super friendly and responsive! There have been a few times we've lost power and they've sent someone over immediately, which keeps our business on track. They genuinely care about making sure we have everything we need-- we'll be staying put for many years to come!!

I've worked at the North Lamar location of PS Business parks for almost 4 years and have had all good experiences with a number of different people both in the office in the field. Specifically, Scott (who is no longer there), Madlyn, and Cece. They always respond promptly with any requests and have always been super pleasant!
