My experience with capital city mortgage was awesome.all employees are professional.Nd genuinely care about all of there clients .Capital city mortgage got me into my new home. The owner mr Alphonsus and assistant were all there whenever i needed to Ask questions ,always responding back to my calls and emails .This has been a great experience . Even though The listing agent was impatient .i will definitely recommend my friends and family.Thank you capital city mortgage for making a young girl dream a reality .

If you have a contract to purchase a home and it has a closing date on it that you will be required to make, this is not the Lender for you. These were the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with in my entire Real Estate career and I've closed hundreds of homes and worked with many, many different lenders. Not only was everybody, including the seller and buyer, inconvenienced by not closing on time, we had to extend the contract 2 times and almost keep the buyer's earnest money. The loan officer would never answer the phone and not one time would he ever return a phone call or respond to an email. The receptionist also refused to tell me a supervisor's name or allow me to speak with them. I have a feeling this is a Mom & Pop operation. It appeared he did not have his client's best interest in mind at all through the entire process and didn't care if they closed on time or not. It might have been understandable if the lender would have just communicated and explained the situation if it were something unpreventable, but not even the courtesy to return a call or email? Not acceptable in this day and age of customer service. I am only leaving this review to keep this from happening to somebody else in the future if possible.

My first time working with this guy Alphonsus. He has gone above and beyond to make sure this loan funded. I have NEVER experienced anything like what Alphonsus has done for me and my client. Everytime we thought the deal had died, Alphonsus brought it back to life! I know for a fact Alphonsus was the determining fact in this transaction. I will be using you from this point on. Thank you so much! Forever grateful.
