Steve Babcock is why we got our dream home! Honestly, I didnt trust him (or any lender) at first, but I do now. He spent many hours answering our questions, explaining options, and giving sound advice. Steves particularly knowledgeable of down payment assistance programs and grants, which saved us thousands of dollars. The realtors were also impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism. I came to Stephen as a first time home buyer knowing absolutely nothing about getting a mortgage. I was terrified and horribly confused about the entire process, but I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! Stephen was always available to answer every one of my questions (of which I has so so many!) and took the time to educate me and help me understand what was going on. He worked to get me the best rates possible and I am extremely happy with how it all went down! Him and his team (I’m talking to you Tracey!) worked so quickly to stick with my timeline and make everything as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend!!!

If you're looking for an amazing mortgage lender, Stephen is your guy. My wife and I were buying our first home and were completely new to the process. Out of everyone we spoke with, Stephen was the most helpful. He always answered our calls or called us back immediately when he was available. As the rates dropped he kept us in the loop and advised when he felt we should lock in. He's incredibly down to earth and patient (we asked a lot of questions). I've already recommended him to friends and if you choose to work with him I am confident you will have a great lending experience.
