Dr. R is a little on the impolite side. Coming from a patient experience where I almost walked out because of his bad attitude and then he grabbed my boyfriend aggressively when he entered the wrong OPEN door treatment room. Grabbed his shoulders and pulled him back aggressively and said, "we are not going to this room, next room buddy." It was so awkward and uncomfortable..... I almost lost it and told him not to put his hands on my boyfriend. I could tell my boyfriend was fuming... He clearly crossed a line. Then when we got to the correct treatment room, the doctor was short, uninformative and just plain rude. We were about to do a laser treatment and obviously we both had a few questions or concerns.... When my boyfriend and I got in the car, he looked at me and was like, "did you see him grab me like that!? Why wouldn't he answer my questions and concerns?!" I will not be returning to this clinic based on the staff and doctors customer service and manners. After the whole grabbing ordeal we tried to make a joke and the doctor just looked at us like we were dumb. Then, he looks at me and asks what i wanted done... Like im the freakin doctor? So uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a plain rude and arrogant. I'll take my $ and go elsewhere, where I feel like the doctor likes me and actually CARES about his/her patients. However, all that being said, my boyfriend frequents an aesthetician named Becky at E.O.S for facials and he really likes her, and her service. :)
