        NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! Hung up on while trying to inquire about appointment availability when I was told they're not accepting new patients by someone that sounded like I'd interrupted her internet time.

        No one picks up the call and the number gets disconnected automatically. Poor customer service ! I understand if you are not accepting new patients, but to disable incoming calls reeks of unfounded pride.

        For some reason they never pick the call. I tried 9:30 AM and then 2 PM. It rings for 3 seconds and then someone shuts the call. Cant imaging how they have such high rating. Im having same issue with some of the other primary care specialist too. Not sure whats happening??
