image Luckily they don't exist anymore. A horrible company to deal with based on their performance. They can talk a decent game but that is about it. They were simply a "pump and dump" chump organization. Thanks for f***ing over your customers then selling out. Backwards, and incompetent organization... all about the money and couldn't care less about deliverables and helping companies with critical infrastructure. A shining example of how not to manage a business.

image Telecom is a commodity service. You just kind of expect it to work. We used Reallinx as our business phone. The best thing about them was they are very cost effective. Unfortunately the system has problems more often than you want. It is hard to get resolution when you call also. I have spent hours with tech support trying to figure out why a certain phone tree is happening when it should not.
They were recently acquired by GTT. This has made the problem worse. We had billing errors for months. Calls and emails to the billing department went unanswered for months. This is unacceptable in any company.
As a physician's office we need to be able trust our telecom service. Unfortunately we have lost trust in this service. We have switched to another PBX system.

image My phone system was aging and I choose to move my services over to TWC. After the services were moved (within days) I realized the capabilities were not what I need for my business and TWC was willing to let me out of my contract with no penalties, however TWC needed to be active until all numbers were ported to Reallinx. I contacted Reallinx to reinstate them as my provider. Reallinx was quick to get me a contract and to start the billing cycle. I signed the contract in February 2016. Reallinx was going to port my 5 phone numbers back from TWC, order and configure new phones and set up someone to come out and hook up the new "faster" internet. In March 2016 I was paying both TWC and Reallinx as I waited for cable, porting and new phones. I called and emailed Reallinx weekly asking status. I could never get a return call or a coherent response of when all of this would take place. April came and I was still paying both TWC and Reallinx, however I still did not have any services that I had been paying for from Reallinx. During this time I was calling Reallinx daily. My "new", "faster" internet was finally about to be installed mid April. When the technician came, he was a TWC tech. He could not understand why I was disconnecting 1 TWC box only to install as "lesser" quality TWC box.
Cable aside. I still did not have my phones. I had been emailing multiple times per day. I copied Gabriel Diaz on quite a few of the emails. I left voicemails for Gabriel Diaz. He never once responded. At the end of April I finally received phones. I thought I was finally getting somewhere. Unfortunately, I received phones that had no use to me because Reallinx had not started the porting process for any of my phone numbers.
It was now May, I was still paying both TWC and Reallinx. I still could not get anyone at Reallinx to help me. On June 7, 2016 I finally heard from Gabriel Diaz. One of my phone numbers (the main number for my business) had still not been ported and I sent an email stating to cancel my service immediately. I had months of documented emails, text messages and voice mails I saved everything and only wanted to communicate in such a way that could be traced. When Gabriel Diaz did contact me he sounded surprised that I wanted to terminate my contract. He immediately called someone and my phone number was magically ported. He then told me (in text messages I have copies of) to "give me 24 hours to credit you $300". On hour 26 I text Gabriel (again to have proof) and he changed his mind. He was no longer willing to credit my account. He then said "I didn't promise a refund. I promised a courtesy credit". I have paid 2 companies for 4 months. I am now moving to a new company. My new phones are already in and waiting. My new cable (actually is faster) is already up and running. The new provider has already tried to port my numbers away from Reallinx (the same day I signed with them. Not 4 months later). Reallinx will not release my numbers until June 30, 2016. When I text Gabriel Diaz to have him release the numbers immediately he wrote; "You have a contract with RealLinx. And legitimate term liability". I think my contract was voided by Reallinx months ago when they did not hold up their end of the contract. My attorney agrees.
I would like to finish with another conversation with Gabriel Diaz. He informed me he was selling the business. Not certain if "selling" is the correct term for what is taking place. Whatever the case, please be advised as to how Reallinx and Gabriel Diaz "serves" their customers.
