I've been a Spectrum customer for many years starting from when it used to be Time Warner. The business has gone downhill. My bill was raised every month by 5 to 10 dollars for what seemed every other month. At the end of it, my bill was close to $300. I was convinced to try the Spectrum app to save money but the app still needs some updating. You can't pause live TV or do replay. Not impressed by the APP at all! I think I'll be canceling and will switch to You tube TV much cheaper and the App is much better.

It's pathetic that the hiring manager does not hire valuable asset for the company because she is threatened by the growth of a new hire. If you want the best you need to hire the best. I see why turnover is high here!!!

Straight trash! These ppl been messing up our account long enough. Ive finally convinced my family to get rid of spectrum and switch to streaming and Verizon. No one in customer support ever does anything to solve a single issue. We have called so many times and they just talk out their a** to keep you! Toxica!!! There are so many other options, say goodbye. Any service is better than Spectrum.

I want James to stop calling me and harassing me. Spectrum doesn't even provide services to where I live and because of James I wouldn't use Spectrum if you did. If the harassment calls do not stop it is my intention to seek legal counsel to take appropriate legal action. Thank You
