Both beds have hair in the sheets, stains everywhere. Didn't clean the room they put us in for $100.

Dated and dirty hotel. All furniture has stains, noisy a/c, non existent security. Stayed one night and a toolbox was stolen off of our pickup. Not a huge loss but the staff wasnt concerned the least bit and informed me that the cameras are worthless. Definitely not recommended.

I took my family to Austin for Spring Break, and needed a place to stay overnight without spending very much money. This place fit the bill. That's about all the good things I can say about it. I had wanted two rooms, but they were full up, so we had four people stay in one room. We were charged $40 for the extra two guests, and the woman behind the counter was very helpful. After that everything was not so great. The room was very dirty. All of the upholstered furniture had dirt/stains. The pull-out bed was so dirty my son wouldn't sleep on it. The other beds smelled not good. The pillows may have been the worst I have ever had at a motel. My wife and daughter slept on top of the blankets, and the beds were uncomfortable. The towels were old, rough, and no longer absorbent. I used the guest restroom and afterwards discovered that there was no soap in the dispenser. I had to go back to my room to wash my hands. When I told the front desk about soap being empty, the clerk reached under the counter and handed me two little bars of soap, and said this was all she had. When we went for breakfast, in the morning, there was a business meeting using up the whole "dining" area. There was another one, but it was closed. It didn't really matter because there wasn't any food to eat. "Breakfast" consisted of stale Nutrigrain bars, two pre-packaged pastries, and coffee. Since my family doesn't drink coffee, we asked the manager (who happened to be servicing the breakfast) if there was something else to drink and she very matter-of-factly told us that there was coffee. We also asked if there was any fruit, and she pointed to the bars/pastries and said "That's what we have". Why say "Dining For your convenience, a complimentary breakfast is served daily" if you are only going to serve stale pastries and coffee??? Luckily we went out to eat and found some great breakfast tacos. Overall, the low price was not worth the dirty, uncomfortable rooms, and the unfriendly manager. Definitely will not be back.
