Dan is the man!!! I have learned so much from him. He really cares, and takes the time to educate people about mold. He is thorough, fast, and affordable. I am a realtor, and just met Dan during a real estate sale where mold was found. Without telling the whole story, I will just say that from now on, Dan is my go-to person when mold testing is needed. I hired Dan Yates maybe 12 years ago to consult on what turned out to be a pretty big mold issue in my mom's house. He was a real pro and did a great job for us then. About six months ago, I referred him to my brother, who was also very happy with his services. TODAY, I called him again about another mold issue and he was FANTASTICALLY HELPFUL. He spent upwards of 20 minutes or 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the situation, looking at photos, looking at a mold report from a mail in mold test we did, and detailing what we needed to do on this. Happily, the job is smaller than the legal requirement to have a licensed person come out and do a report. He even offered to speak with the contractor we hire and our A/C guy. Dan is both a real pro and a mensch (decent guy). I cannot recommend him enough and I am so grateful for his help. Thank you for everything Dan!

Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, and he helped us fully understand the process, assessment, and results. He quickly responded to our calls and texts. We had our visual assessment report in less than 24 hours, and a supplemental report the day after lab testing provided the results. I had mistakenly told Dan no rush on the supplemental report. When I learned we did need it quickly, Dan sent it within just a few hours. He provided us with additional resources to understand mold and Texas requirements for our specific situation, and he took time to explain it and answer our questions. Highly recommend Dans services!
