        By far the best Cross Fit Gym in Austin. Jess has made this experience seem less and has always been there to support. Very attentive team as well. They dont just offer the training they have medical professionals that come in. They have workshops and social activities. The sauna is amazing!! Over all the whole group of people are like family in this community. I have taken Gabe, Rudy and Jessis classes and they are all phenomenal coachs. Thy are the reason I go back. Rudys playlists are always a bit!! Thanks Sola!!

        Great community of folks here! All push very hard throughout their workouts. Coaches are great! The programming is just about right to be sore for a day or two.

        Great community here!! Gives me an old school CrossFit vibe. Lots of people walking up and making me feel at home. I travel a lot to CrossFit gyms and do drop-ins and this gym is by far one of my favorites. If youre looking for community and looking to change your life give these folks a chance.

        The Good and The Workable SoLa CrossFit thrives on its vibrant community, making workouts enjoyable and memorable. The community of members is the gyms strongest suit. Special shoutout to Dave if you land his class, its top-tier training. The price tag of $250/month feels steep, especially for a community gym. While Austins living costs are rising, the membership fee here feels a notch above comparable gyms. They offer premium add-ons like saunas and ice baths, but these come at extra charges. Customer loyalty doesnt seem a strong focus, and improving recognition or rewards for long-term members could bolster community ties. Equipment is satisfactory, but overcrowding sometimes requires equipment swaps during workouts, a minor inconvenience. There is noticeable coach turnover, which adds to the inconsistency. Location and programming are strong points, but with some tweaks especially in coaching and fostering community SoLa could truly shine brighter.

We're sorry to hear you felt over crowded in some of your classes with us. Class caps and average class attendance are something we pay close attention to. In the six months since you have been part of our community we have added class times to ensure our class average sticks to about 12 - 15 and it's working wonderfully! We strive every day to be the absolute best we can be, provide an exceptional athlete experience and be the best hour of each members day. It is great feedback like this that allows us to be our best. Thank you!
