Cookies In Bloom

If I could give this place negative stars, I would, but alas. I ordered a cookie bouquet with balloon on Thursday to be delivered the following day (my card was charged $90 total). I received an e-mail confirmation, but no time of delivery was specified. I called the following day to confirm and get a more specific time frame. A generic voice mail picked up (I triple checked the phone number on a number of sites), and I left a message asking to be called back. No one did. I called numerous times through out the day with no pick ups. The birthday cookies were never delivered, and an explanation was never provided. I am dumbfounded someone would run their business this way and have never had such a shockingly bad experience with a business. All I can say is yikes and steer clear.

I always receive exceptional service from Cookies in Bloom. Whether I'm buying a bouquet of delicious cookies for a holiday or event, or just a couple to satisfy my sweet tooth, Cookies in Bloom is my go-to. They have the BEST cookies in Austin!!

If you are close by, it's a great place to grab some cookies. They're fresh, there's a good selection, the employees are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I pop in here frequently to get a couple of cookies for a snack.

Last Friday, on the day of UT Graduation, I called Cookies In Bloom in a last-minute attempt to ge 14 decorated Bevo cookies for the party table. When I explained what I needed, they said, "No problem. Can you pick them up at 3:00?" I got there and couldn't believe how awesome the cookies looked! Not just cookies iced in orange and white, but full-face details/eyes/horns/etc., on sticks, and in little bags with tied ribbons around each. Although I didn't get to taste them because we had a few extra party guests, everyone said they were delicious. Cookies In Bloom is AMAZING, and I would definitely call them again!
