        I received this package for Valentine's Day. The rose was brought separately. The box was wrapped in a red ribbon and sealed well. The cookies were a variety pack that were so soft and warm. The truffles were really soft and sweet. Everything was beyond delicious!

        Went in for cookies, one person in front of me. I waited for about 10 minutes watching 4 people in back pack boxes, shuffle around, mutter to one another, and avoid looking up at the people in the store. No one came out or even called out to say they were finishing something, would be with us shortly. No acknowledgement. I walked out right after someone finally came out and asked the person in front of me, "What was your order again?" I don't need cookies that bad.
