Overhead door spring broke Friday evening. Saturday called several places who claimed to be open. Was hung up by one and left voicemails on others. Monday, starting at 8:10 AM recalled those from Saturday and again left voice mails. Called 2 others from local phone book and left voicemails. Finally caller All Pro and talked to a live lady. She took my info and gave me up front costs and set up appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Technician called and arrived 30 minutes later and replaced the spring. At promised time, professional and knowledgable,, for up front price. Would highly recommend to anyone

Communication has been absolutely horrendous. Our install date was at the beginning of March which was 12 weeks after ordering. They called us the day before to say they didn’t have our doors ready and had no idea when they would be here. So we waited because what’s a few more weeks. Our new install date was moved to tomorrow. They called today to tell us...guess what...they don’t have our doors. They are making no concessions or offering any real solution other than “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. So at this point our only real option is a refund and it’s been 14 weeks and nothing to show for it. Very disappointment.
