I had Richard back again in Dec. 2020 to repair another garage door problem. He came out to the house the next day, as he promised, then diagnosed and replaced the broken part in about 15 minutes. He also lubricated all the moving parts of the door. The price was, once again, very reasonable. Richard Cornell did a great job. In 2017, I texted him that I had a car in my garage and was unable to get it out because the garage door springs broke. He got back to me promptly, visited my home within 2 hours, quoted the job, ordered some replacement parts, picked them up from the supplier, returned to my home and completed the repair in a total of about 3 hours. All was fantastic!!

Incredible responsiveness and respectfulness to match their experience and quality craftsmanship. And they charge a very fair price. Most of the repairmen around Austin expect way more for way less. Richard at Cornell Garage Doors gives me some hope for humanity. Thanks!
