If you are considering options, this is definitely the law firm to go to. I used Scott Nyitray as my attorney for a custody battle and he and his team are amazing. Very committed, communicative and compassionate. I was very pleased with the outcome, but through the whole stressful ordeal, Scott told me exactly what to expect and what to do and I never doubted that Id picked the right firm and attorney. When we got to the courtroom, that confidence was reaffirmed. It was obvious that Scott and the firm he represents is respected and has a good reputation in the family law circuit.

Travis is a good human and a wonderful attorney. He is well respected, which is helpful. He was no nonsense and while not as friendly with me as another attorney I worked with and love he got the job done and kept things focused. He has a simplistic approach and I appreciated it. I am thankful for the outcome and thankful for Travis during that time.
In the end of what was otherwise good, I was saddened by Traviss responses to my concerns about billing and about some errors made billing and otherwise. Errors that cost me money that would have been not incurred in some instances and in other instances would have been covered by the other side (who was ordered to pay legal fees) had those fees been presented. I think it would behoove any attorney to review with their client errors their staff made and to be a bit more careful and caring when handling client funds. I felt like I was kind, caring, and reasonable despite the errors and would have appreciated being treated with more decency and dignity when I attempted a discussion.
