His paralegal made me feel like they really cared. However, I did not like the way they told me they were not taking cases. It made it seem like they were not being truthful with me. They said that the legal plan I use caps them at a certain amount of cases, when this was not true. It was simply that they were booked up. If they had simply said that I would have been understanding, rather than wondering why they were telling me something else.

I hired Mark to represent me in my divorce in 2012 and it was horrible. I felt like I was representing myself during mediation.
