Castle Dental

Cancelled my appointment 3 times, 2 of which they didn't even bother notifying me that it was cancelled. After showing up and being told I didn't have an appointment, they were not apologetic or made an attempts to correct the screw up by getting me a new appointment. Website is even more useless. Why say you can schedule an appointment online, when you can't?

UPDATE: I emailed Charlotte and this was the response I got. I still havent heard back from the clinic as I requested: Thank you so much for emailing me directly and bringing this to my attention so that we can look into this right away. My role is to direct any issues to the proper field leader for the market to look into your concerns and address them. I will ensure this is directed to the proper person so this is looked into and that they reach out to you. I was turned away from my scheduled appointment by the gentleman at the front desk with a ponytail, unless I was cash only. My insurance verified with Castle Dental that it was covered under my plan, but apparently no Castle Dental locations cover this insurance (even though it is listed on my insurance website as being covered. This level of customer service is shameful and looks poorly on Castle Dental.

They cancelled my appointment without telling me and when they finally rescheduled a month and a half later, they cancelled it again 15 minutes before it was supposed to happen.

I am very upset and disappointed with how my family was treated at this location by the gentleman who checked them in on 03/08/2024. My brother was late to his appointment due to heavy traffic (which I understand is his responsibility) However, the way the receptionist treated my brother is unacceptable. He was extremely condecending and belittling my brother when speaking to him. He spoke to and treated him like a child (he is a 21 year old). My brother has extreme fear and anxiety of the dentist (as do many people). He was in tears and at this point is not ever wanting to come back to this location, let alone any dentist. Please treat people with kindness, I'm not sure what the resptionist's problem was, or if he was having a bad day, but that was totally inappropriate. He is in pain and would rather suffer than come back to this location.
