        Went in to add and activate a phone on my existing multi-line plan and they were clueless on getting the phone added. I paid the activation fee where they instructed and all it did was add a positive balance to my existing plan since it was already on pre-pay status. I eventually ran out of time (hour plus) and had to leave with a phone that isn't activated. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can go into the store and they don't know how to add a phone to an existing plan for my child.
