My experience with Greg at Mr. Computer was truly amazing. When I called to arrange to have my sons PC brought in to troubleshoot an issue I couldnt describe, Greg first asked me a few questions to ensure I wasnt wasting my time with some simple user error mistakes. Once we determined that the issue was real, I dropped the PC off and had an initial report back within a few hours. By the next day the computer was ready for pickup with what I thought to be a very reasonable charge. The computer was returned with a thorough description of the fixes, and advise on how to prevent the issue from happening again. He then followed up in less than a week to ensure everything was going well. I had a few more questions to which I received in-depth answers. This is a business that cares about their customers first! Highly recommended! Thank you Greg!!

Gregg could not have been MORE helpful and insightful. Thought I fried my gpu, he did some troubleshooting and got right to the bottom of it. Cant reccomend him enough.

A++++! Have used these folks way too many times. ( Have a toddler and clumsy Lol) Always sooo responsive, so fast with the repair service, and best of all, always very reasonable pricing. :) our go to for computer fixes!!!
