Computer Repair Connection

When my beloved homebuilt Windows machine died, I figured a new power supply would fix the problem. It didn't. Someone on Reddit suggested this place, and the reviews were pretty good, so I decided to take a chance. It was a very good decision - Juan diagnosed a dead motherboard and replaced it, which fixed the problem. He's friendly, he explains the problem and solution, and he knows his stuff. If I have any more problems, I'll be back.

I spilled hot chocolate directly on my windows laptop keyboard and I immediately took it in the next day to get it cleaned out. I was told they would clean it out for me for a flat fee, and they would notify me if any parts needed to be replaced. The fee seemed a little steep at the time, but still much less expensive than replacing the whole laptop, and considering my laptop would need to be disassembled, it made sense. I got my laptop back within a few days and it's been working perfectly! I very much appreciate the honesty, turnaround time, and warranty. I would definitely come back if I ever needed computer repair services again.

My laptop overheated and I couldnt get it back on. Juan helped me out and had a resolution the next day. His pricing is super fair and hes really knowledgeable. He actually explains and will show you the issues, and how to prevent them in the future. Even if your computer is in working order, he can provide preventative maintenance to make sure it stays that way. Thanks for your help!
