Had a raid 0 array (windows storage pool) (failed 2tb Seagate, and a working 1tb wd blue) recovered last year, it was much cheaper than the $1500 to $3500 Canadian dollars i was quoted by a Canadian data recovery service. the price while expensive was a comparatively reasonable $900USD (about $1100 CAD at the time). they had very good communication with me about the status of my recovery and were extremely professional. the drive they sent back was Very well packaged. I would 100% have a drive recovered by them again if i ever needed to again.

I called them a few days ago to ask if they offered MacBook pro display repairs/replacements for a black screen issue. I appreciate they told me what are able and not able to do. In my case (with a 2021 MacBook Pro 16-Inch) they even told me to just to to Apple for a display replacement because repairing the cable/replacing the screen through them would not be possible with good results. Thanks again!

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with my MacBooks malfunctioning keyboard during a college lecture. Determined to find a solution, I remembered the Rossman Repair YouTube channel and decided to give their repair services a shot.
I am thoroughly impressed! After opening a repair ticket, I sent my MacBook, unsure of what to expect. To my delight, my keyboard functions flawlessly! Being in school this was a lot cheaper than running to purchase a new computer.
