T-Mobile - Closed

Rude, not the least bit helpful, didn't even bother to find I was there to spend $1200.

When I walked in I was greeted by 2 friendly employees and they let me know that they’ll be right with me. Once Natasha finished with her customers she came and greeted me and we got right to it. She had great energy and was very informative and patient. She answered all the questions that I had. She got me hooked up with a IPhone 12 mini that was exactly what I wanted. She saved me money so then we added on an Apple Watch (: Chris was also very patient and polite as well. He helped me get my Apple Watch set up. It was a busy morning and even though they were already helping customers they made sure to greet the customers who came in through the door. I highly recommend shopping here!

Very unprofessional customer service!! Went in there to try to get a new phone but I ended up going with Att much more professional and helpful. Guy helping me out laughed at my face when I told him I had called a t mobile customer care be center and was told I something totally different in person. He made the assumption that I couldn’t afford to pay for a phone! I don’t recommend this store at all!

Starting with two stars as it is past 12:30 and the sign on the door clearly states this location opens at noon. I'm beginning to suspect based on the reviews for this location, this is the normal service level to expect here. Typically I go to the location in Cedar Park, however, this one is closer to my work and I only needed a SIM card and its activation. I'm guessing the staff at this location either forgot to change the hours on the door or are somehow working from home still. When I pulled up there were three people in line at the door waiting to get in now it's just me. My wife and I have been T-Mobile customers for over a decade and this is the worst level of service I have received...wait the doors are still locked so have not received any service yet.
