        Terrible customer service. I have driven all of austin today, to 6 different locations who have ALL told me that they have my phone in stock and come to find out they don't. THEN I get to the store that has it and because my ID is expired they won't let me get it on MY account. Even though I have all the pin codes and everything. I've been with t-mobile for 20 plus years and I'm p*ssed. Waste my entire day sc**wing me around only to turn a 20 year customer away. Very unprofessional. Will no longer be a customer with T-mobile. Kiss my a$$

        Poor customer service. waited there for 10 minutes, but no one even acknowledged. There were 2 employees, working with 2 other customers. But they could at least say they would be with me shortly. Wont recommend this location.
