Absolutely excellent customer service from Hector and Ezekiel. Managed a transfer of phone numbers to a new plan. They did it all in-store without me having to call up a distant call center even though the Mopac store had told me they could not do it. Offered us options, available discounts, pleasant to deal with and a sense of humor too. Highly recommended.

Traveled all the way from Jersey because we heard this was the best T-Mobile store in North America! Phone died prior to flying out from NJ and ended up here. Happy we landed at this T-Mobile store to get a new phone. Customer service was great! Ezekiel, Alicia and Benny were all super helpful and made the wait to transferring my information enjoyable. Thank you for all the help!

Hector and his team were super efficient and got me situated very quickly! As an 11+ year customer and the former store manager to this location I have to admit I was very impressed. Ive gone to other locations in the area and the service here was hands down the best I have come across in years. The store was also extremely clean and tidy. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hector and Benigno took care of my connectivity issue within minutes of entering the store. As a business owner, it is imperative I remain connected to the dynamic updates of my business, and thanks to these scholars Ive never been closer to my business. I suggest everyone make this store their primary point of contact for anything tmobile related.
