I tried to contact T Mobile about my 72 year old mom being put into a contract at a Wal-Mart  in Johnson city New York that she was not told was a contract.  We were told at first that she had to pay $2.00 for the phone n $48.00 a month for 24 months to cancel the contract.  When I told them I would get my lawyer involved that is when we were told all she had to do was take the phone back to the store with in 14 days n the contract would be null n void.  N they are not responsible for what happens in the stores.

I went to this location at 10:00 as website indicated store open. There was a sign on the door stating that they would open by 12:00 due to ? I went back and waited until 12:30 nothing drove by later and darn place was closed. I appreciate having this location close by. I have always had great customer service.

T-Mobile falsely trapped us into an iPhone on us offer. Its been 6 months and we have been still struggling to get what was promised. They have applied another offer to our line. They have also added two line on my name and charged me for that. I got one cancelled after calling them numerous times. Every other person says something different and youll build your grave talking to the store and care people. Its been an arduous experience and we wish we could take them to court for false information.

Stopped by this location to have a warranty replacement on my screen protector. Jay was very kind and took care in making sure my screen protector was on perfectly, which I greatly appreciated!

My experience at this T- mobile store has been the most horrendous customer service I HAVE EVER dealt with. I brought my dad here because he needed to buy a new phone. The employees working Named Jay and Shay C. Treated us with the utmost disrespect and were completely unwilling to be helpful. Passive aggressive and rude. When we arrived I was inquiring about possibly having the option to add my dad to my account . Shay asked us for a phone number and since it was two of us , we said which number do you need ? Mine or his and she said whatever number so my dad went first. She said no theres no option like that for you and I explained it would have to be looked up under mine and she continued to argue with me and tried to kick us out of the store and refused to help us transfer info from old phone to new one. Didnt even give us a receipt because printer was broken There is too much to write here honestly and I will be contacting the store manager. I cannot believe she is still employed. She looked me in the face and said I dont want to work here
