Had my phone screen repaired here and the guys got it done in few hours. He seemed knowledgeable and the work was good.

Frank went above and beyond in helping me resolve my problem, even though we were not ultimately able to fix it. The screen on my LG G3 was giving me trouble, and Frank initially diagnosed it as an issue that replacing the screen would fix. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Frank tried other methods of stabilizing/repairing the phone, but none of them worked. He immediately offered me a full refund, and offered to back up and data on my phone that I needed so that it could be uploaded to another phone. Upon getting the new phone, everything was there within a matter of hours thanks to Frank's work, which he ended up doing for free. Five stars is not enough. They will definitely do everything they can here to help you.

I don't usually rate businesses in Austin, because the good ones are overwhelmed with positive feedback and the bad ones don't change regardless. But this place is great. I've had my phones fixed at a couple of other places around town, and while they did good work, nobody matched the promptness, courtesy, and LOW PRICE that this guy provides. His waiting area is sparse, to say the least, but I could care less because he helped bring my Galaxy out of a boot-loop for $75. Best part: if the repair that he tried ended up not working he was only going to charge me $15 for his time rather than the full $75. Sure, he makes money either way, but that's an excellent option to offer at a repair shop. EDIT: Ended up cracking a screen. Google said closing time is 6 on Saturdays. When I showed up at 4:15 and he took the phone, I figured that it would be a standard repair. I came back around 6 o'clock to pick my phone up, only to find out that the store had actually closed at four, and he had stayed open late for me. When I didn't come back right away, he waited for over an hour and a half, even though he had every right to go home for the weekend. Really, really cool dude. And of course the screen is flawless.
