Awesome place. Took my car to reprogram the car alarm, the dude was awesome and did it all in no time.

Can't say enough about the job these guys did on my Porsche! From the time I dropped it off, I felt at ease with leaving my car in the hands of these guys. Not to mention they had lambo in the garage at the same time. Definitely will use them again on my other cars. Keep up the great work!

In short: Does anyone work here? The long: I moved to austin a couple of years ago. I have an after market headlight assembly that I have only had luck with custom shops working on. One of my lights went out so I went to Capital Kustoms to have them looked at. I spoke with John and he was very nice and was able to replace one of my bulbs. He told me to let him know if I ever needed anything again. 6 months later I felt like my alignment was falling out of place, so I gave CK a call and left a message to schedule an appt. No one ever called me back. About two weeks ago one of my HID lights stopped working so I called CK again. Someone did pick up, I don't know who, and he said he could order a bulb in and "it should be here on Wednesday." so I said "When should I come in?" and he told me Wednesday... he seemed unsure if the part would even be in which I thought was odd, but said ok and asked what time. He told me the latest I could come was 5:30 (I work a 9-5) to have it fixed. He didn't take my name or anything so I'm certain that he wrote nothing down. So I left work on the Wednesday early to arrive between 5 & 5:15. No one was there. I sat in my car and called and no one answered. The door said open till 6. So I left a message and asked them to call me back. No one ever called me back. I went back on Saturday around 10:30 (they open at 10) and again no one was there. I called and no one answered. I went and ran errands and called around 11, and no one was yet at the shop. So yes, I'm not sure if anyone even works here. Customer service is a joke. Oh and their lot? they have it filled with crap cars and broken down buses so there is hardly anywhere to even park! When I last went there they had a stretch limo parked vertically dividing the lot into two, leaving only a few spots available, and making it difficult to turn around in once you realize no one is even there and have to leave. Don't waste your time! I went to Annihilator Customs instead and had a 5 star experience. Btw, I don't know if the guy on the phone even asked what kind of car I had, but to get to the headlight assembly the whole front bumper must be removed so it would have been wayyy longer than the 30 min slot he didn't even reserve for me.
