Liars ,crooks over 2 years no title or registration on not 1 but 2 cars . Come to find out the title was never transfeered from original owner. He is also under investigation with DMV for fraud and miss apprpeation of fund for TTL. I HOPE YOU LOSE YOU LICENSEE

does not give title or plates even if you have paid the vehicle, on papers he puts that you paid significantly lower then the actual price listed on the car to not pay as much taxes. Other customers have said the same thing.

Did an online uhaul reservation here & came to pick up but no one was inside or outside. The open sign was on but the door was locked.
Tried calling and of course no one picked up.
There was no way to even do the contactless key pick up. Even if we could, their uhaul van was blocked by a bunch of used cars. This lot is so overcrowded, theres no way you could even get to any of their uhauls.
We left and went to the actual uhaul retailer down the street who was super helpful. She canceled our reservation and made a new one for their location.

Another Uhaul customer here and another no-show from the owners. This place is an unprofessional joke. They're supposed to open at 10am, I waited until 10:30 and no one showed up. Called Uhaul and was told it's a common issue at this location. If they can't even be bothered to show up on time, I wouldn't trust them to sell anyone a car.

We requested to rent a uhaul from this location online - it said it was available. When we arrived, there was no one in the building and no way to access the key. 3 other customers were waiting. We called uhaul support who told us the worker supposed to be operating the building was on his way in the middle of the day, during open hours, and could not hear him since he was on a motorcycle. We waited over 30 minutes.
