Absolute worst experience ever! They damaged my car, put in the wrong oil and didn’t replace hardware properly. Then they refused to reimburse me for the bad oil change and damages to my car. The manager was completely rude and incompetent, worst customer service ever! DO NOT bring your vehicle here!!!

Don't be fooled by the more recent positive reviews to go here like I was. I made an appointment to replace my battery and I arrive to find that there is no mechanic onsite... at a car care center?!? They test my existing battery, and I know that this is the problem because I needed a AAA jumpstart to get there. So now my car is off and their device can't start my car back up. Then we try to jump my car with one of theirs using MY OWN jumper cables because they don't have any. I'm hooked up to the other car for 10-15 mins trying multiple times and it did not work. I had to call AAA again. The workers were unprofessional and did not seem to care. Overall a horrible experience.

Came in to get my car check with check engine light. Found the problem o2 sensor. Replaced no CEL! customer service from the new General Manager Craig is top notch hands down. Explains the situation and your options. He cares about his customers and there lives. For me that's a big plus! I definitely reccomend this place for any of your car problems. Very happy customer. He cleaned house and so far I'm happy
