        The guy was very helpful, professional, considerate and on task. He was understanding that I needed to take my (low mobility) husband across the street to the restaurant while we waited on the alignment. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

        They fixed a leaking radiator fluid issue (third time to address this issue), and did not charge us. However, they did not contact me to say the job was done and it is unclear whether our insurance policy will cover the $295 towing fee.
