Great company good service the vendors that they deal with sometimes can be slow especially if the weather is bad understandable but other than that I have no complaints

When you need a tow, they choose to cancel your membership instead. Be careful. Their GM Bob Henfry is one nasty, low down, uncaring person. He talks like he could care less about your situation- if you are stranded or not. My advice: stay away from paragon. They are crooks!

I haven't used the roadside assistance, but JUST realized they auto-renewed my one-year policy without so much as an e-mail notification. That is just poor business practice. I didn't realize it until I saw my cc bill. I wrote an email to cancel and requested a full refund, but haven't heard back yet.

i have been a customer Of Paragon for seven years and when I have needed their service they have always been there. They have changed flats, unlocked my truck and towed me all with professionalism. I am proud to give this company five stars.
